Our Disability and NDIS programs have been designed to alleviate barriers for Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples living with disability.
We believe everyone should be afforded the same opportunities in participating in meaningful experiences, free of deterrents.
Country Connect provides disability services to clients funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and through foundational supports.
Our services are available across the Top End of Australia including; the greater Darwin region, Katherine, Jabiru, Tiwi Islands, Ramingining, Galiwin’ku, and Nhulunbuy.

From fishing in Darwin to trips to communities & homelands in East Arnhem, and all of the on country days in between; our aim is to connect people with land and sea for their health & wellbeing. We believe that the best health benefits come from being in the bush. Our services are for people who:
Are still living in community or their homelands
Are visiting Darwin for medical appointments or respite
Are living in Darwin in Supported Independent Living but still want a connection to country
Have a desire to participate in meaningful experiences in connecting to country
