Our Services

Country Connect offers NDIS & Disability support services, Wellbeing Programs, Youth Programs, and Return to Country services across many regions for Indigenous and non-indigenous people

Programs tailored for First Nations clients have been created through thorough consultation and active participation of community members.

Country Connect acknowledges that First Nations people constitute a marginalised group, with those living with disability facing additional marginalisation, essentially forming a minority group within a marginlaised community. Many First Nations individuals encounter significant barriers that hinder their access to essential services. By engaging directly with community members who have lived experiences, we have customised programs and services aimed at promoting self-determination. These initiatives support First Nations clients in identifying and addressing their social and cultural needs, while addressing the barriers they have historically encountered.

Country Connect has developed programs for non-Indigenous individuals that encourage meaningful and enriching experiences through connection to country.

Inspired by the profound benefits that nature provides to Indigenous clients, our programs aim to offer similar experiences to non-Indigenous participants. We facilitate programs that enable clients to visit and immerse themselves in environments known for their healing properties and therapeutic benefits.
