Country Connect Foundation’s Youth Services are crafted to empower young individuals by providing focused support and opportunities for personal growth. Our dedicated team is attuned to the unique challenges faced by young people in the Northern Territory, offering a diverse range of engaging programs that promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive social connections. Our Youth Services

  • We offer comprehensive Residential Care arrangements for youth in need of placement support including circuit breaker placements and long term placements. Our dedicated facilities create a safe and supportive environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each young individual, promoting their personal growth and overall wellbeing.

  • We provide a diverse selection of youth camps tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person. Our offerings include mobile camps, cultural camps, and various other programs, ensuring that every participant finds a supportive and enriching experience.

    Our youth camps are thoughtfully designed to support the personal growth and development of each young person. With a focus on resetting behaviours and promoting emotional well-being, our camps offer a variety of activities that equip participants with essential life skills for managing their emotions and navigating daily challenges.

  • Our weekend and holiday youth programs are designed to engage young individuals in meaningful and positive experiences. Focusing on connections to country, culture, and community, these programs promote social and emotional wellbeing through a variety of enriching activities. Participants have the opportunity to build relationships and develop essential skills while enjoying a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and exploration.

  • At Country Connect Foundation, we are dedicated to embedding adherence to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations into our daily operations. This commitment extends to employing support staff who possess lived and shared experiences that resonate with the young individuals we serve. Our Youth Support Workers are thoughtfully selected and matched with youth based on these shared connections, fostering trust and relatability. Furthermore, our support staff undergo a comprehensive induction process and rigorous screening to ensure compliance with national regulations, creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
